Spotlight on Stillmeadow Arabians:
Kathy Donovan
A 4th generation horsewoman, Kathy grew up riding and showing her mother's Arabians. Hanging out in the Santa Ynez Valley with the children of the Jack Tone Ranch, spending long, lazy summer days playing with model horses and surrounded by legendary Arabian horses. Soon, Kathy was in the showring, exhibiting in halter, pleasure and driving classes, and absorbing every bit of information she could glean from the top trainers of the time.
Showing in AAOTR classes, she spent one summer gathering 17 Championships and 2 Regional titles. Kathy attended Colorado State University learning the art of AI collection and shipped semen. For several years , Kathy served as President of an AHA affiliated Charter Club, and now devotes her time to managing Nite Bandit's promotion and shipped semen schedule. Extremely excited over her homebred Champion daughter of Nite Bandit, Mi Sweet Sheba, Kathy is looking forward to many more trips to the winner's circle.
